Payment Options
We accept:
- All major credit cards at the time of order,
- Apple Pay, Google Pay & Paze for web orders,
- Check payments from Tax-Exempted Customers, or
- Purchase Orders from pre-approved Customers.
Sales Tax
The Emergency Store LLC may need to collect sales tax on your purchases, unless your organization has a sales tax exemption. Click below to learn more about sales tax and how to order when tax-exempted.
Shipping Options
We offer same-day shipping* on our in-stock items using standard UPS service. Orders placed Monday–Friday before 3:00 pm CST ship the same day.
Review your order prior to submitting. Once an order is submitted, any changes to the order, items, or address cannot be made. The order also cannot be canceled in whole or in part after submitted.
Discount Codes
The Emergency Store LLC allows only a single discount code per order. Discounts & sale items are not valid on prior purchases. The Emergency Store LLC has the right to end or modify any promotion at any time

Purchase Order Information
Ordering with a Purchase Order
To place an order using a Purchase Order:
- Add your products and quantities to your cart; when your are ready, click "Checkout."
- "Sign In" or Enter Customer Information.
- Enter "Shipping/Pickup Information."
- Choose "Shipping Option."
- Under "Special Instructions," enter the PO Number. If your organization is sales tax exempted, also enter "Tax Exempt" in this field.
- Choose "Pay by Check" under "Payment."
**Please note, sales tax may still appear on your online order but will be removed in the next step.
If your account has been previously established, within one (1) business day, you will receive an emailed invoice from accounting@shopemergencystore.com.
The invoice can be paid using any major credit or debit card, Automated Clearing House (ACH), PayPal, Venmo, or mailed check. Products will be sent once payment in full is received by The Emergency Store LLC.
